This wedding cake was made for my darling niece Lawanda Collins in Lake City FL. It was a red velvet cake with cream cheese butter-creme icing. Her request for a fountain beneath was one adventure I had never attempted but I am pleased to say all went well, and there was no cake left at the end of the evening. The poor bride and groom only got one bite! I also made the grooms cake which was a lemon cake with lemon butter-creme filling and icing....it too was devoured!
